What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager and Professional Engineer, you'll lead projects from concept through construction while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of engineers and CAD technicians to develop civil site projects from start to finish

  • Developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and fee estimates

  • Leading multidisciplinary project teams

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Preparing engineering reports, specifications, plans, and construction documents

  • Designing grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater systems

  • Performing engineering calculations and quantity estimates

  • Preparing construction cost estimates

  • Coordinating with architects, surveyors, environmental consultants, and contractors

  • Providing quality control throughout project development

  • Visiting project sites and representing MAC during construction

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma or ability to obtain within 6 months

  • Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience

  • Experience with site development design and/or federal or military projects

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to successfully pass a background check

Compensation:

$90,000–$140,000+ annually
